        Unfortunately, they are not customer service focused and Cassandra does not seem to prioritize her customers time. In my opinion Cassandra seems to lack accountability from management. Update- Berto stepped in, took charge and was very accountable.

        Floor & decor is a great place to find any type of flooring you would like the prices are pretty fair. Only thing I can say is their customer service is not the best at the location in Riviera Beach, I still have not gotten my refund for over $300 when I returned flooring back to them.
