Herc Rentals

Sorry to say, I rented from Herc but the claims made does not get transferred to billing. Many monthly promises to fix it but it does not happen. Maybe that's all part of the game they play. By the time they get done with you they claim you owe 50% more on the entire contract than what was agreed upon. Then when you try to add up the charges from day 1, using their figures... they refuse to discuss it. There is a breakdown between their billing and what they say ..... They do not want you to look behind the curtain. They seem so friendly and accommodating but beware the knife in the back before it's over. It's a friendly game of abuse so I would advise you to rent elsewhere.

1 star is too many for this Co. Pitiful service! I highly recommend not depending on this company for anything! We ordered a lift a week in advance. They dropped off 3 days late that did not work correctly. They said they checked it out before. Nonsense! The lift lifted our employees up on a condo roof and wouldnt go down. So left our employees up on roof for hours. We called for help and they said they would send someone out to help. Never showed! Leaving our employees on a roof. Then they said they would bring another lift the next morning and showed up at 5:00pm. The 2nd malfunctioned as well! They had the nerve to charge us full fee plus a delivery fee for defective lifts. I called to speak to the manager 3times. The 3rd time their employee said he gave him the message and hes busy sitting in traffic. Really??? But went ahead and charged my cc. And never bothered to return my call. I highly encourage people to do your homework before hiring anything from this company. Poor management, horrible service, lack of even trying to help and communicate with the customer. I cant believe they get away with this in business. Cant imagine it being around much longer if every unsatisfied customer speaks up! Could care less about our employees safety due to their ignorance. Please dont bother with a response of lip service. Its a little too late! I will be sure to share my experience with everyone
