        They were great right before my son turned 21. They helped me by guiding me to another oral surgeon. However they do not accept Medicaid once they turn 21 if this is their insurance plan. I found this out today as I was trying to reschedule a teeth cleaning. So they went ahead and reschedule for the 6 month cleaning but isn't accepted because I called! When were they going to tell me this after they cleaned his teeth and expected me to pay in full? Not OK!

        Staff and Riviera Dental were courteous, professional too a T and efficient. I would return if in town. So glad when I had this dental issue to be accepted as a patient

        Had a wonderful dental experience this morning, possibly for the first time in my life. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor, everyone was professional, gentle, positive, upbeat and accommodating. Dr. Reid sets the tone of warmth and lightheartedness for the whole office and her staff follow suit! Her confidence is reassuring and I felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend!
