These guys are the BEST. Absolutely phenomenal how they treat their customers. These guys made me and my GF feel so comfortable with everything and they got us out there in like 5 min. Just a professional operation through and through. Complete opposite of their next door neighbors

Really disappointed in this place drove 40 minutes to see they are closed. And this is the last day Im in Florida. Their website and Google did not inform me they are closed or will be closed til oct. please update your schedule and website

Had the pleasure of working with Mike on Tuesday 7/12. He saved our afternoon with his pleasant attitude and generosity when the other rentals there were not as helpful. Thank you, Mike! I HIGHLY recommend this rental location as does my friend, who previously owned a paddleboard rental company. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Nautical Ventures and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile from Philip, who turned out to be our saving grace. Although our reservation was actually scheduled for a different day, he went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure that we still had a fantastic time. His level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable. What truly set Philip apart was his incredible attitude. Despite the mix-up with our reservation, he remained positive, patient, and incredibly helpful. He didn't let any obstacles deter him from delivering exceptional service, and his enthusiasm was infectious. Thanks to his outstanding assistance, our day on the water was nothing short of extraordinary. We were able to enjoy a seamless and unforgettable experience, all thanks to his dedication and expertise. I cannot recommend Nautical Ventures enough, and specifically Philip, for anyone looking to rent a boat or explore the world of water sports.
