Johnny has been my sales rep for several years. The materials I order are always ready on time. The quotes I request are always received in an appropriate amount of time. Their prices are excellent and the materials are always in great shape. Johnny is very responsive and knowledgeable, he is huge asset to have a phone call away.

I am a general contractor, CGC1511657, and I have been in the construction industry since 1981. These days, I find that customer service and competence are almost nonexistent.
I am happy to report that I have found an exception at Builders First Source. My sales rep, Jessica Kuperman, is beyond superb. She's knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly responsive when I send a request. And the icing on the cake is that the prices at BFS are better than anywhere else I have found.

I have been jumping through hoops and crossing savanna's.. having to make modifications to your home can be so stressful at times. After countless searching for help, I finally found someone who was knowledgeable in what I was looking for.
William spoke professionally at all times, made me feel comfortable, and he never belittled me for my lack of knowledge on door frames.
In the end, the experience was wonderful and I ensured William I would be leaving him an amazing review and recommending him to friends with projects that I know of.

Like the owner of kitchen cabinet and granite of PB, i recommend this place 100% ,amazing people , good price and quality materials and great customer service in especial jessica always so helpful to me .
