Everyone there is a joy EXCEPT the wicked witch Ms. RHONDA. She is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered. She gets upset because ppl want to pick someone else to go to after they do the questionnaire even though she allows ppl to do that if they want to see her. Its to the point if I walk in and see or her here I will come back when she is off or on break. The way she talks to ppl is unacceptable especially after a long day of work. I have never been rude to her I'm very respectful but that lady will eventually bring u out of character. Other then that everyone else is great.

The staff are amazing and caring. They are time efficient and get you in and out as quickly as possible. I definitely recommend donating at this plasma location.
