Susan is incredible. Not only is she one of the kindest people I know, but also an amazing personal trainer. She worked with me for about a year and I saw enormous changes in my body. I moved to Orlando and have tried other trainers, but none are like Susan. I highly recommend her!

Susan is very knowledge, patient, friendly and her demeanor creates a kind and motivated space for me to work on my goals (which are on-going!).
