Ugh dread going to this doctor. They are rude from the office staff to even the doctor. They have called in the wrong meds or not called them in at all multiple times. Always have to follow up call to get anything sent for records etc. My son even had to be stabbed multiple times by a nurse getting his shots. Because they missed They have long wait ones even if you have an apppointment. They treat people differently based on however the feel like treating them. Will be switching offices as soon as possible. Worst care Ive ever experienced in pediatrics. And Im sure after writing this they will continue to treat me with thier rude and disrespectful discriminatory ways. Reporting to my insurance as well.

Doctor and Staff are all very friendly! My daughter actually looks forward to going to her appointments. The doctor is attentive and cares about her patients!

The physicians are friendly and knowledgeable, but the front office staff continuously have the phone on hold. Trying to contact the office is a chore by itself. I have had to contact the Tampa location in order to notify the Riverview office that I needed to speak with them regarding my child. We are switching to another pediatrician, as a working parent I dont have the time to call the office on and off trying to reach them to schedule an appointment or request records.

We absolutely loved the pediatrician but the admin staff is rude and ineffective. They gave us the wrong year of shot records and then made us come back into the office to prove it, which is next to impossible as working parents. Save your precious time, go somewhere where they help you out and don't make you do the leg work for their mistakes.

Dr. Drummond is great! And the office staff are friendly. I recommended them to my friend who needed a pediatrician and I will recommend to anyone.
