Labcorp

The employee in the window at this location is nasty and abusive. She has a HORRIBLE attitude with old people and if you ask anything, the lady in pink is angry and replies rudely all the time. Unfortunately, she took my blood and she treated me like an animal. Never in my life will I return to this Labcorp. Hopefully this lady takes her job more serious and understands 90 people a day, like she said, are 90 human beings with feelings. Look at my arm and how aggressively she took my blood. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Took my 10 year old daughter here for blood work this morning. The lady at the front desk was great, but the lady who drew her labs was beyond rude. She had no empathy. My daughter apologized for being scared but this lady didnt seem to care about anything that my daughter said. She treated my daughter like she was just a number. My daughter was nervous like any other child would be and this lady was awful. It doesnt take much to be kind or empathetic. Do better.

The first Labcorp I went to was out of the specific test I needed to have done. I came to this location last Friday and they did have the test. There was only 1 nurse working that day as the second one had an emergency. Anytime someone would walk in, the nurse explained that she was the only one working and that wait times would be over an hour. I understood that and was okay to wait. People still got up every 5-10 minutes asking her when it was their turn. Some others would complain to her constantly. She was so kind and dealt with the chaos well. She walked me through everything I needed to do and was so absolutely awesome. I would come back here for testing again should I need it.

The lady at the front desk is super rude and arrogant. Was going to ask if I can take a test I needed done there but she made me check in first for no reason just to try to make me feel dumb when she called me up in front of everyone. Well now I know to never go there.
