I had several places on my lawn where I needed to put down a more shade-tolerant St Augustine cultivar grass, as my oak trees had gotten 8 times bigger over several years , which caused the existing Floritam to thin out in shady areas. I also had some bad spots from letting my lawn get away from me over a few years. Alfredo (either a manager or one of the owners...or both) promptly returned my call and set up an appointment to consult with me about estimates and needs. He was on time, very professional, and knowledgeable. He worked up an estimate (it was about the price I expected) and future install date for about 2400 sq ft of Bitter Blue St Augustine. Alfredo and his crew arrived on time and he cross-checked (again) the work planned. He left for other business and left his crew to do their work. They worked hard and coordinated well with each other, wanting to make sure I was happy with the work as they surgically removed bad spots in jigsaw puzzle like fashion. They were very meticulous about using a tiled/brick pattern and "tight" placement of each piece, leaving no gaps or any of the agreed upon areas undone, and carefully placing/contouring it around beds and other landscaping and structures. The area under the sod was superbly prepped to ensure the sod would be fed and would fully contact the soil. The workers were also pleasant and courteous and cleaned up the areas very well. I. All, they turned my patchwork lawn into something that looked like a well-manicured tree-lined park (like it used to). Alfredo offered important care instructions for the sod and I paid Alfredo via phone call (my request...he normally comes back out in person) only after the job was finished. 5+ pallets in all pretty well completed my Spring clean-up/lawn revitalization. Prices were fair...but anyone who has had sod installed in Florida knows it is not "dirt" cheap. But these prices AND quality beat the three past sod companies I have used. Great end-to-end service and professionalism all around! Highly recommend!

Im Zack with Brewers Outdoor services and I have done a bunch of sod jobs for customers and Brandon sod has had the best Bahai I have ever had to use! I had maybe 1 wheel barrel full of scraps after laying 7 pallets. And delivery was right on time! Thanks again!!
