Cool spot, slow service, food was so/so, surprisingly closed for lunch and dinner on Sunday.

Food is good just a terribly managed restaurant. Demand is high due to it being one of the only food options around and they turn people away without a reservation and yet extra tables sit idly and despite having a reservation, you still have to wait for an extra 20 minutes. Second time here, one year apart, and they still dont seem to understand that more wait staff may be a good thing to have on a Saturday night. Just bizarre; highly recommend avoiding eating here unless you have hours to kill and are a very patient person. To the owners of the place: Hire a new manager that understands how to run a restaurant because you are losing a lot of potential money due to the current clown/s that obviously have no idea what they are doing.

What a trap! Slow Service, almost not existing - overpriced mediocre food! The picture shows the loaded Potato for $8 with bacon, sour cream and chives, that was a joke - so was most of the food we ordered throughout the menue. They can only survive because it is on the Westgate River Ranch and other Restaurants are 45 min away, so Guests that stay here have to eat here.
