I normally hate getting my eyebrows done but Leah makes it such an enjoyable experience. She is so personable and an amazing brow artist.

I really use to love using the salon here but they are so inconsistent with keeping bookings. I had my third appointment cancelled today an hour before the appointment time. I get that things come up and the occasional reschedule has to be done but this was the THIRD in a row for a simple mens haircut with a third stylist in the store. I dont see how they can operate in this manor. When calling, you are dismissed and treated as if booking online is a nuisance to them and that you should book ahead by only calling and talking with them. Megan especially is very short and dismissive over the phone. The same issue has happened with Matt and Sarah, all claiming either other appointments are running long, incorrectly booked or you just get cancelled without a reason. Do yourself a favor and book with a legitimate, customer service forward salon in the area who will treat you like a human.

Matthew is best the hairstylist I have ever met. I showed him a picture of what I was hoping my hair would look like, he not only met the expectation but exceeded it. He took really good care of my hair and offered a suggestion. Best decision, dont walk but run to book with Matthew.

I had my hair cut by Matthew a few weeks back and i have never had more beautiful hair in my life. He spent an hour texturizing my hair and teaching me what to do and what products to use. He is incredible. Pls pls pls book with him for your next cut. You will mot regret it.
