Although some may be completely satisfied with the service provided by this company; we were not. The representative came and snaked the toilet that was clogged without any water running to assist in declogging it; he did not seem to know where the mainline was, nor did he completely unclog the toilet pipe, after charging $350.00 and departed recommending that our toilet should be hydro jetted and that he would return the next day. The next, he did not return, nor did we receive any call from him or the office of Modern Day Plumbing Service (in which according to the invoice is located in Remington Shores, FL) so my husband contacted their office and was informed that the gentleman was on an emergency job and would contact us when finished, but we did not here from anyone, nor did anyone show up. Therefore, I contacted the office and left a text message requesting someone contact to let us know if they even had the hydro jet equipment and/or if anyone was going to return to complete the job, but again, no one returned my call. We will NEVER call Modern Day Plumbing Services again. They do not complete the job and they do not return calls.
