Walking in on a Sunday with the sign outside saying free pool sun mon, pool table with balls on it and being told we have a game going on and the BARTENDER coming out and playing the game. Im sorry. Absolutely not. Thats terrible business. In a tourist town thats a hard no. When ppl walk in your bar you stop your game and let other ppl play. Ive been in the service industry a long time and that would never fly. Zero stars.

Full disclosure: this ain't a fancy chain restaurant. However.....if you're looking for above average food and crazy good drinks....stay with me. Still here? We've been vacationing in this area with 2 other couples for 15 yrs. We've always visited the popular local dives that "everyone" loves to promote. Which provides decent food, Adirondack chairs and overpriced/water downed drinks. With Jimmy Buffett playing in the background. By accident, we pulled into SPORTY'S which was filled with locals and when we walked in...they turned and looked at us as if we landed from another planet. Which is true. Indiana. So......if you don't mind a few glances from locals, a dark atmosphere, and locals talking about their day...... PLEASE TRY. The food was beyond delish and the specialty cocktails were made by angels with crazy decent prices. Please visit and if you disagree..... send me an email.
