Owner is very aggressive. If I could give zero stars I would! Save you money and dont stay here. Its not like the photos!!!

Not sure where to start. The owner of this property has several VRBO listings and they are all very misleading and misrepresented. The listing ID is 7702020 and the property is owned by W. H. Stay away from any of their listings. Only reason Im giving 1 star is because it was quiet and the surrounding areas are very beautiful. The rental units are old, rundown and very dilapidated. I stayed in one of the 1BR/1Bath units. They dont tell you in the description that you will be staying in a barn. The unit is in converted horse stalls, so it has cinder block walls. The small electric heaters do little to keep the place warm and on the flip side, the one window unit doesnt cool the bedroom very well and does little to keep the humidity from permeating every inch of the space. Plus, the unit smells of mildew and mustiness. The bathroom was dirty, the stove was filthy even caught on fire the one time I tried to cook on it, and there were cobwebs all over the ceilings and walls. There was so much dust on top of the fridge, I could have written my name in it. The kitchen floor was sticky. There is no place to take your trash on the property, you have to bag it up and take it to a waste place where you have to pay to have it disposed of. I had to vacate my unit to return home to take care of my elderly mom, and they wouldnt even refund me a partial amount of the $2152 they charged me for a months stay. There is a creepy guy who lives across the barn in a separate unit, who contacted me and had a key to my unit. Im a female travel nurse who works night shift, traveling alone and it was not ok that he wanted to come in to my rental to check his units breaker box. Why is the other units breaker box in my unit?? The bathroom sink would never get warm water. The water pressure in the shower was never consistent. Overall, it was one of the worst lodging experiences Ive ever had.

I stayed in the 3/2 cabin. Accommodating, quiet and relaxing. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

Poor management, luxury b and b did not come with toilet paper or soap. Pictures are misleading and management is non - responsive. There are better places to stay.
