        If you can help it, do NOT go with TDS. For months Ive been dealing with their inept billing dept. Never really receiving a resolution for THEIR errors. Finally had to give in and pay a bill I had already paid. Internet is super slow and overpriced.

        This is the only internet company in my area besides Hughes net. This company gave me internet with no down payment and no deposit. I work from home and the only time my internet has failed me is during bad weather. They have worked with me on my bill and been very fair. Best internet company I have ever had.

        I have been a customer over 30 years. The lines a reasonably quiet. My DSL is slow and the supplied modem has been replaced 3 times. We need fiber optic in order to stream.

        TDS has horrible customer service via phone, You will be placed on HOLD for over 30 minutes and NOBODY ever picks up the phone. Why don't Quincy offer MORE internet service in the rural communities?
