TMH Physician Partners - Primary Care in Quincy

I'm not a patient at this facility so I can't speak to how their care services are, but most of my family use this office and ALL I hear is how rude the staff is and how long they always have to wait. I've sat in their waiting and exams rooms with family members and can verify these claims as pretty accurate. All I can say is that if you CHOOSE a pay your fees to a service provider that isn't giving the level of service that you expect to receive, doctor or not, find one who will meet your expectations. I am appalled by the customer service and information given by this partnership.I'm new to the area and was given a referral by several friends. I called at least four times and my call was not returned. The website and Google page say they are taking new patients but I was just told they are not after having driven here. Please note that this is the service you will get if you try to find a doctor in this partnership.

The whole team is there to help. I have trusted the health of myself and my dad to these awesome people. Thank you for bringing great HealthCare to Quincy. The walkin clinic is great too. I dont have to wait to get an appointment with my Doctor, if I have issues I can get them dealt with right away.

Please find another dr PLEASE. Im quite sure the ones who make these reviews are employees. My children have been going here for YEARS. The receptionist are rude, the dr has bad bedside manners, and to make matters worse my son has a medical issue. I needed FMLA. Well, my husband brought up my son FMLA paperwork THREE times to only be told I needed to fill it out. How am I supposed to know whats in the drs notes? Finally, I call there only to be told I have to make an appointment for FMLA !! Are you serious? So I make one for the dr to fill it out wrong. I called and the dr said she couldnt change date of the condition?? How?? The dr will clearly see my childs condition started a year ago. And when I called the nurse the nurse gave me a hard time. Then a week later we received a letter we were discharged really? For what with no answers. Please Im begging you dont come here. Poor service
