In most cases Ive had very pleasant experiences at HIE but this one is substandard. The room has a musty/wet smell and humid. It appears to be mold on the ceiling over the toilet. The breakfast was horrible and only had a few choices. The elevator stopped working, it was stuck on the third floor. While on my way to breakfast a lady using a walker, could not get down to the first floor because of the inoperable elevator.
Upon check-in the lady wasnt very hospitable and short with her responses. After checking into our room we noticed that we were short one towel set. My wife called down to the front office twice and put on hold for an extended period of time. I fully understand that things get busy but at least call the guest back. I immediately went downstairs, after the second call, to get the towels, no one was at the front desk, she was sitting in the breakfast area. This one visit will not keep me from using HIE but I will never use this one again.

Service was great, room was very clean, & very affordable. Not many places to eat around the area.. so you might need to order UberEats or something. Front desk lady was very nice but the GM guy wasn't a pleasure to deal with so I'm glad the lady came back around LOL. Not many parking for big rigs, but you can find a spot.

Very nice place to stay!!! Easy check in, lady wasn't friendly, but maybe tired. Room was clean and quiet.
Price was reasonable and appreciated.
