Flood Zone comes highly recommended for large-scale commercial restoration projects. Their team was very professional and concerned with getting the job done right while meeting accurate deadlines and budgets. The communication was always direct and mindful. Their work ethic and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Commercial disaster recovery, Ive learned, is a process. There are so many moving parts and events taking place all at once that its easy to get overwhelmed, but FZ was there every step of the way to manage the multitude of issues that occurred on any given day of the project. In retrospect, the analogy can be made that the entire project was a giant puzzle with hundreds of pieces, and at the end of it, everything was put back together just the way it had been before the damageand theres a lot to be said for that.
