With so many new residents moving into Babcock Ranch, we just wanted to update our review. We waited and did not paint before moving in. It did not take long to recognize builder grade paint job was not what we wanted. Thus, we contacted Feverish Pace Painting. Debbiann does color consult followed by John and Paige professionally painting. They use Sherwin Williams Emerald and applies two coats. On time every day, pleasant, and fast in completion. Gorgeous results! I use furnishings for a pop of color through out the house but decided it needed more. Debbiann returned and suggested how to accomplish that! Professional and reliable.

DenbiAnn came to the house and consulted us on what colors would go best based on our furniture and style of home. She explained the pros and cons and rational for both and she was spot on. John, her husband, is the painter and showed up on time, cleaned up after himself each day and performed impeccable work. I had one area that I called about afterwards and he showed up the same day and touched up right then and there - wow, that was service that was above and beyond!! Our house is now better than ever and we love showing it off with our new paint job!

Debbiann helped me narrow down the best color for *MY* home given my natural lighting and flooring. They are *THE* best at Babcock Ranch and I wouldnt trust anyone else in my home. Feverish Pace helped us change the look of our Florida home from drab to wonderful! our neighbors call it the house with the key west vibe.John and Paige were efficient, tidy, accurate and overall an absolute pleasure to have paint our home.
