Sensitive Dentistry

My husband went for the first time yesterday. The dentist took wonderful care of him. Very impressed with the care, knowledge, warmth and understanding! She also called the next day to see how he was feeling.

Get a second opinion. I was told I had gingivitis. I did not after a second checkup with a different dentist. I feel I was quoted a lot of money for unnecessarily work. Happy with my second choice. My choice. I am 66 yrs. young.

not a very good lst experience.  was going there for a free 2nd opinion (as advertised) when I made the appt.  never met the dr  she kept sending the assts back for additional info.  Since the dentist I had been to previously sent the wrong xrays they wanted me to pay for another one.  I wished I had known this 2 weeks ago and I could have straightened it out but they never notified me that there was a problem until I was in the dental chair.  They said they never got the xrays but I sent them from my computer and showed that they had been sent.  Very Poor Customer Service!  She should have come out to personally meet me ....she might have gotten a good customer because I am having some dental work done in the next month.
