Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior! Tried to see if one of his commercial properties were available to tour, for a client of mine that needs a 3 year lease on an industrial space. I'm a licensed real estate agent, in the process of obtaining my commercial license, trying to send a referral that I have been working with for a few weeks. Thinking I can possibly make a valuable connection in the commercial real estate field, since I get many clients in this space, being with Coldwell Banker, I made a HUGE mistake by calling this "brokerage". Instead of simply asking me for more details, like the other 20 brokers I have spoken with during the past two weeks, to see if his property is a good fit, he proceeds to raise his voice telling me his opinions on what I should do with my career. And that he's "so sure that I want to help my client" and that I should "stay in residential real estate" for "fifty bucks". You're a real estate broker and you're responding to agents that can potentially sell/lease your properties the way you did? We're supposed to all work together. But clearly not. STAY AWAY and do not bother even calling this brokerage or be prepared to get lectured on what to do with your life.
