Event Elements Catering

Thank you Kathy and Jessie for making my 60th birthday celebration stress free!!! There were 20 guests and it was a Sunday, early evening. We went with heavy apps. I wish we took pictures of the food but we are loving all the left overs. The passed items - Prosciutto w/melon, Filet sliders with the horseradish sauce (so good!!!) and the caramelized onion/pear tarts with gorgonzola were delicious. Everyone also loved the Spinach stuffed mushrooms with mozzarella cheese, mini crab cakes with the Siracha mayo, the coconut shrimp with the mango sauce was a huge hit as were the sticky bourbon chicken skewers (loving them the next cold!!!) Your food was wonderful! You both came in, got to work and just got stuff done. When it was all done, everything was left so clean! I cant tell you what a great experience this was and I will definitely use you again as well as recommend you to anyone else looking for a caterer!!!

Dont wait, book them!!!! We used them to cater our 70 person backyard wedding this year. My husband and I chose to have heavy horderves instead of a sit-down meal. I cannot say enough about the quality, taste of food and presentation Chef Kathy and her staff brought to our special day! Kathy went above and beyond, hosting a tasting months before the wedding with me and my bridesmaids, allowing us to choose which horderves we wanted there. Her genuine kind personality, professionalism and superb communication definitely makes this catering company extraordinary! She made us feel like family. Our day was special because Chef Kathy truly cared about making it exactly what we wanted. I would 150% recommend using them for any special event!

Kathy and her crew did a fabulous job!! We had a huge birthday party at the Boat Club in PGICA and she did a wonderful job. Always quick to call us back, even met with us to go over everything. We had raves about the food and how nice her crew were. Will definitely use her again if ever we are in the need.

We held a dinner at Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens for VIP guests and our experience with Event Elements was AMAZING! Everyone left raving and has even followed up with emails about the food and service. Kathy ensured that no detail was overlooked! The tables were set beautifully, her staff was professional, and the food was perfect. We look forward to working with her again in the future.
