Terrible Bank. Very disorganized and extremely rude. Employees/Tellers are unfriendly, downright rude and do not even smile or greet customers, I was asked ""What did you need,? No smile, How are doing today mam, or how may I assist you? The Tellers attire was not what I would expect in a bank setting. On top of that a 2 minute transaction took 10-12 minutes AFFER reaching the teller, who rolled his eyes at the women in front of me after she finished at the window.. This bank has terrible reviews and reputation for a reason. Bank Elsewhere if you do not feel like being treated like cattle and dealing with unprofessional/disrespectful tellers/employees.

With all the money old Jehovah Witness James , the branch manager ripped my grandmother off,, you'd think cashing a 3rd party check was no problem,, I know it wasnt that far in the past, when that banker was a kid,, I mean she looked 50 plus yrs old,, we just cashed one last Friday, what some smart mouth tellers you have.... looks as if this bank is loosing rating scores,, may want to keep her away from the windows huh
