I was in a bad spot where my boat trailer axle broke and I had a bunch of charters lined up. Greg and his staff did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of. They gave me a great deal on a brand new trailer where it made sense to go with a new trailer and not repair my old trailer. While my trailer was being built and delivered, they allowed me to use one of their shop trailers in order for me to continue working. These guys were great and offered great service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend camp out.

I don't know how to best describe the heartening, sincere, genuinely caring treatment I received as a customer at Camp Out. This is a business with heart. I came to need their help in dealing with paperwork on a trailer my brother had bought from them 24 years ago. They offered to look it over and would help direct my next steps. In the beehive of activity swirling in the building (made sweet by the presence of well-cared for shop kitties) Greg - and anyone with whom I came into contact - took time with me to simply...help. It was an ancient transaction and Greg kindly helped me make sense of it all. And, significant to me, before Greg even sat to peruse the paperwork, he paused a moment to offer his condolences. I'd only mentioned my brother's passing in explaining why the papers were now in my hands. But his honest, touching expression cut through the task at hand and colored the remainder of my interaction with him and his staff. Days later, I would have the unexpected blessing of meeting Leo and Duke. Both kind and professional - and checking every other box you'd want checked as an indicator of a professional - these gentlemen clearly knew their stuff. Not only efficient and expert in their work, they were - friendly! imagine! But, like Greg before them, the thing that "made" this whole sad task of tying up the loose ends of my brother's life less painful were Leo's words to me as we parted. I see that Leo has previously been described as having compassion. He does. His sharing and consoling words to me on the loss of my brother made that moment...OK. My sad task has been eased by these people. These people are what people should be. I have a grateful heart, aching a little less now that I've met them.
