Tre was awesome! We were stuck in my husbands pick up pulling a trailer in the middle of the road at the intersection. We had been there quite awhile waiting on a friend to come pick us up, Tre came out of no where and moved us out of the road. Never tried to make any money off us just simply wanted to help us! What a good company and good guy!

Update 12/22/23: For the second time in the year, AAA failed me and off the chain was there to help. I wish I caught the drivers name but the same guy so professional and so helpful. He was very accurate with his arrival time and what a funny man to talk with. Thank you so much off the chain. 1st experience: After AAA failed to find a tow truck for my car for over 4 hours, one quick call to Mandy solved the problem. While still on the phone, Trey was dispatched to my vehicle. Within 15 minutes of my call, Trey had my car up and ready to be towed to the repair shop. I don't know what I would have done without them.

Today I called off the chain towing was referred by a great friend who had told me to call them let me tell you these guys are professional and prompt when they say are coming to get you they were prompt they kept in contact with me I was stranded deep in palm beach my transmission went on 95 called my friend he told me to call off the chain Nick answered ask me what happened transmission he said where u located told him he got hold of Trey to come get me and my family and they were professional kept us calm communicated with us w whole process amazing was shocked the professionalism off the chain towing there name is meaning full they go above and beyond to the customer service and my friend was right good people definitely recommend class act company communication is the key to success period !!!!
