I firmly believe that every member of the floresta pharmacy company are the most kind and compassionate and understanding people. Totally salt of the earth. I've never had a problem getting a prescription filled and they've always been on time or ahead of schedule. Thank you floresta pharmacy!

Called in to provide insurance and have a medication billed through it. They rudely refused, condescendingly told me I was a "scammer", and hung up without another word. Definitely not patient advocates AT ALL.

Called to get a medication filled and was told they are not accepting new patients???!!! WHAT! I'm not your patient. You're not a Drs office. I didn't know that Pharmacies could reach capacity just like Disney and turn people away. Seems to me they don't care about the people of this town... Or are they just picking & choosing the meds they want to fill to bring them the most profit? I give this place a Thumbs Down

So glad I found this pharmacy! Ive been dealing with shortage issues at another chain pharmacy for a medication I take. I was relieved to find out Floresta Pharmacy had it in stock and I was blown away at how kind, helpful and efficient they were every step of the way. They were not irritated or inconvenienced by my questions or requests. Its the kind of service you hope for but rarely see in a business! I highly recommend.
