Editing my review because the business wants to lie on me because I didnt elaborate. It was years ago at this point so I dont remember why they got the review they did but rest assured, I dont know the employee theyre referring to. It took the business HOW long to respond to my review? If nothing else, THAT shows their customer service quality .

Mr. Morgan and his company were very detail in their job his work was seamless. they worked on a timely manner the customer service is very professional I would definitely recommend using Painting Hue LLC I will be calling you again for my next project!!! Located in Germantown Md

I made an appointment on Tuesday to have a bedroom painted in my home on Friday. On Friday 13 minutes before the painters were supposed to be at my house, I get an email that a painter has passed away after battling an illness. That seemed weird to me since the person wouldve had to be sick for some time so why would they be scheduled to paint my house. Anyway, Im told that a different team will be coming Saturday morning to paint and would arrive by 9 am. The painters never showed up! I text and call the owner Shane and at 10:30 am he responds with the following message... Oh my, I'm sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. I just received notice. We will have to cancel your job request. I am having trouble getting in contact with them as well. I can't imagine what is going on now. Again my sincere apologies. He offered no follow up date and time...NOTHING! The painters were also supposed to pay and pick up the paint that I ordered at Sherwin-Williams. I called the store and they told me that they never picked up the paint and they never paid for it. Which means they knew that they were never going to paint. I DO NOT recommend Painting Hue LLC to anyone! They are unprofessional and will waste your time to the very end.

Painting Hue LLC is very thorough and professional their work was seamless they were prompt customer service was excellent I would definitely use him again and recommend him.
