Were going on two day with no services. No, theres no weather problems or storms occurring! According to AT&T costumer service agent, theres an update on the fibers, with no time frame of completion. I understand work takes time, and I understand good work take patience. They offered an adjustment to the bill for five days of no service equating to 7.17$. You read that correctly, 7.17$! That ridiculous!!! The bill is total of 250.00 every month!! This beyond ludicrous. To top it off we didnt get a notification of service being discontinued for an update this is beyond unprofessional.
