    UPDATED REVIEW: I HATE MY TMOBILE SERVICE!!! I WENT TO TMOBILE TO LOOK FOR A CHARGER AND LEARN ABOUT THEIR RATES. I WAS THEN ALMOST AMBUSHED BY ALL THE STAFF TO ACCEPT THEIR ONGOING PROMOTION, TO PURCHASE THE APPLE WATCH AND MORE. THEY WERE ASSURING ME I WOULD BE HAPPY AND WOULD BE USING THE WATCH AND ALL THEY WANTED ME TO BUY. DAEMON OFFERED ME 3 MONTHS WORTH OF CREDIT TOWARDS MY LINE, $100 EACH MONTH, AS I DID NOT WANT TO SWITCH OVER TO SUCH A MORE EXPENSIVE PLAN FROM MY ORIGINAL $40 PLAN WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. AFTER YEARS WITH MY PREVIOUS COMPANY, I FINALLY, ACCEPTED THE TRADE IN OFFER. EVER SINCE I ACCEPTED AND SIGNED, DAEMON FAILED TO SUBMIT ANY OF THE CREDITS HE PROMISED ME, LEADING TO ME PAYIBG OVER $180 EVERY SINGLE MONTH! IMAGINE PAYUNG $40 A MONTH TO SUDDENLY HAVING TO PAY $180 THE NEXT MONTH WHEN YOU WERE EXPECTING THE CREDIT YOU WERE PROMISED TO HELP YOU MAKE YHE PAYMENT AND NOW THERES NOTHING THAT HE CAN DO TO PLACE TE CREDIT! IMAGINE HAVING TAKE A WHOLE DAY OFF FROM YOUR IMPORTANT WEEKLY SCHOOL/WORK SCHEDULE TO GO BACK TO THE TMOBILE STORE EVERY SINGLE MONTH AND STAMD THERE FOR HOURS EACH TIME FOR THE SAME ISSUE, A FALSE CHARGE ON YOUR BILL AND NONE OF THE CREDITS HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO ASSIST WITH THIS SUDDEN INCREASE IN YOUR BILL! DAEMON OBVIOUSLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND ONLY CARED TO MAKE HIS SALE AND GAIN HIS COMMISSIONS AND FLOWERS FROM CORPRATE. DAEMON HASNT SPOKEN TO ME SINCE HE MADE HIS SALE AND BRUSHED OFF MY FIRST 2 MONTHS OF CREDIT. EACH MONTH I HAVE TO GO INTO THE OFFICE WHEN I SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH ANY OF THIS! I TOLD THEM MANY TIMES I WASNT INTERESTED IN SWITCHING OVER! NOW, NONE OF THE STAF WANT TO HELP ME WITH THESE ISSUES! DJ WAS ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS ENCOURAGING ME TO SWITCH OVER AND I HAVENT SPOKEN TO HIM SINCE I CAME BACK THE SECOND MONTH FOR THE SAME ISSUE. MONTELL WAS HELPING ME BUT NOW HES SAYING ITS MY "TURN" TO MAKE THE CALLS MYSELF AS IF IM THE PAID TMOBILE EMPLOYEE! I WAS TOLD TO NOT CALL CORPORATE AND TO ONLY DEAL WITH THEM WHEN I FIRST SWIT HED OVER. NOW NO ONE WANTS TO RESOLVE THIS FOR ME AND IM BEING TOLD TO SIT ON THE PHONE FOR HOURSNEITH THEIR CORPORATE NUMBER NOW. I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS!!! I HATE THIS PLAN! TMOBILE ACTUALLY OWES ME MONEY BECAUSE THE PHONE I HAD PREVIOUSLY, BEFORE YOUR STAFF HOUNDED ME DOWN TO SIGN UP FOR, WAS WORTH $300 MORE THAN THE PHONE ON THE PROMO PLAN BUT TMOBILE CHANGED THE WAY THEY DO THE TRADE IN SO NOW THEY HAVE ME LOCKED INTO THIS PLAN PLAYING OVER $180 A MONTH FOR 2 YEARS BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY $300 CREDIT FROM THE PHONE ALONE! I WAS TOLD BY THE STAFF THAT WAS AN UPDATE TO THE CONTRACT THAT I HADNT EVEN SIGNED FOR! I WAS PROMISED $300 CREDIT TO MY LINE FROM MY TRADE IN, ANOTHER $300 CREDIT FROM DAEMON TO HELP ME MAKE 3 MONTHS WORTH OF PAYEMENTS. I WAS PROMISED A $30 CREDIT, WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED EITHER, FROM CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER A MISUNDERSTANDING ON MY OWN THEN WAS REMINDED NOT TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO CALL THE STAFF AT THE ACTUAL STORE IN ORDER TO HONOR THE PROMOTION AND CREDITS. I RECEIVED ANOTHER $100 CREDIT FROM MONTELL FOR INCONVENIENCES BUT HE ONLY APPLIED $50 OF IT. OUT OF ALL THESE CREDITS I WAS PROMISED AND NEVER RECEIVED, NONE OF THIS HASSLE WAS WORTH ME SWITCH OVER TO TMOBILE. I REGRET TAKING DAEMON, DJ & THE OTHER STAFFS WORDS AND OFFER. AS LONG AS I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE MONTHLY ISSUES, I WILL CONTINUE BEIBG AS VOCAL AS I CAN BECAUSE I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH ANY OF THIS FOR THE 5 MONTHS SINCE ENCOUNTERING YOU ALL! I appreciate Daemon, Montell & DJ have been so awesome every time I have come in. From the first time I came in I felt like I was being taken care of by family, I also love how they put me onto the new technology. Low key helped me accomplish some things I wanted. I feel confident that any time I come into the office theyll take very good care of me. 5 stars allllll around the block!
