DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!! Very poor quality and now refuses to fix my resume and will not contact me.....Her first draft was a novel and the cover letter just repeated my resume...I provided feed back and the 2nd draft was very little improvement, her third and final little or no improvement at all and said that any other changes i would have to tell her what i wanted....I sent her an example of a resume and she said that the format is differnt and can only change in the first draft...she now has sent me an email stating ticket is closed......VERY POOR QUALITY !!! I cannot use the resume that she prepared, I have shown it to 3 different people and had the same response, wordy, convoluted, hard to follow, would stop reading it after 30 seconds........Extremely frustrated and disappointed.....
