Let me me tell you what a great smooth experience I had purchasing by new golf cart from White Rhino. I been looking and different golf carts from other dealers in my area. They don't seem like they want your business. The customer service at White Rhino is second to none. I had some minor things I wanted taken care and Andrew and Tim took care of it without any hesitation. My new Vivid Peak 4L is awesome! From ordering to the delivery, the communication was excellent. This is the only golf cart outfit I will deal with from now on.

I am typically not one to write reviews, but in this case, I was impressed by their entire staff. Went there as they had the best price around for 6 pack of 8 volt batteries for my golf cart with 2/yr warrantee. Since I just purchased the golf cart, I had a lot of questions and they spent the time to answer all of them. I then needed 6 connecting cables for the batteries and Andrew walked me right back to their mechanic who stopped working on a cart and immediately made 6 of them for me. Highly recommend!I was referred to white rhino by my neighbor who builds custom carts for a living so I was confident in his recommendation, knowing that he is familiar with the industry & would only use the best. Since then I have used these guys a few times & have always been more then satisfied with the service.The turn around time from pick up to delivery is always faster then expected & they provide quality work.Our cart was just delivered today, following my most recent experience with them which also happened to be the most amount of work it's ever needed at once. Throughout the entire process I was directly in touch with Andrew, he called & texted me on a regular basis with updates, info & even pics which was greatly appreciated. Most important, they do not try to push a bunch of unnecessary upgrades or repairs, they tell you exactly what needs to be done & if you are interested in something that is not required but would be considered more of an upgrade, they answer all of your questions & assist in every way possible to help you to make an informed decision, but at no point in time do they make you feel as if they are trying to sell you on anything that is not necessary.
