The service, care is outstanding! I have very high expectations for dental care not only because of my past experience, but because of a lots of medical health concerns, including very strong anxiety. I have visited this office and all stuff very understanding, providing wonderful care. Dr Payal is very knowledgeable and will help you to take care of your teeth in the best way. Ive spend quite an effort to find the right dentist. I reassure you this place is the best!

I first moved to Port St. Lucie in 2019 and found Riverwalk listed as an in network provider for my Delta dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance. I signed myself and my two children up for their services through my plans. Unfortunately, although the office staff are very nice, they failed to appropriately advise that they do not, actually submit billing to dental and health services and instead billed me and my sons hundreds and thousands of dollars for procedures that should have partially (at the very least) been covered through The insurance! Fast forward to 2024 and my now grown son receives a summons for Court! Lo and behold, this great dental practice sold my sons records to a collection agency who is notorious for purchasing records at cheap pricing and then using the most aggressive, awful practices to go after reimbursement to include fees and increases. Threats of wage garnishment and charges have also been levied against my son. Years ago when I attempted to reach out to this agency as well as my dental and health insurance, this practice told me they could do nothing for me! My dental and health insurance only asked for the appropriate billing codes in order for me to resubmit for patient reimbursement however this practice refused to assist. So again here we are in 2024 and my son has now been served and is facing court! if I could give you negative stars I absolutely would! You took advantage of a young man while he was in pain and failed to even share the most basic of instructions. I plan on filing complaints with every possible agency I can to make sure that although again, your office staff was very nice. Your billing practices are not, and it forces people into desperate situations that now have to be somehow managed. Shame on you all!
