I have had my upper implants for 11 months and I am still having problems with them. Yesterday I went in to get lightened. I said it hurt and she said to call if it still hurt the next day. I called this morning and was told nobody could see me until tomorrow. They screwed this up and I have to wait. That is just unfar.

I am writing this review to warn other people about Dr. Bengochea. I went for an exam and was told I needed a route canal and crown. I went ahead with the procedure even though the entire process was unprofessional. I was sent to another Dr. for the route canal and came back to be fitted with a crown. Once the crown was placed I could tell it was not correct. I attempted to go back to Dr. Bengochea to see if the issue would be corrected but I was always told there were no appointments available and I went to the tradition office twice and he was no where to be found. I went back to the other Dr. who performed the route canal and he agreed that there was an issue with the crown and it was fitted appropriately. I was finally able to see Dr. Bengochea weeks later but was told he didnt see anything wrong with my crown and nothing further could be done. I found this practice to be very unfriendly and unresponsive. They seem to only care about getting you in for the procedure and collecting payment. There service and professionalism however is terrible you have been warned..

This dental group is dishonest. Myself and my family were patients. I received a letter stating I over paid and was supposed to recieve a 50$ reimbursement. I contacted the office on June 6th, of 2023. I was told 6 to 8 weeks I would get a reimbursement. ,due to a new billing company that took over. I waited until October 5, and contacted them . They then told me within 2 weeks, I should recieve a check. I then waited till December, I went to the office in Tradition. The office manager contacted the manager off of Federal Hwy and was adived they would take care of it. I was told I would be contacted. After wating several weeks, I then went to the office on Federal Hwy. I spoke to the office manger, she assured that it would be taken care of and a check would be sent out. It has been 8 months and I have recieved nothing but a run around and dishonesty. Now, this is about principal. They would put someone in a collection agency if a bill was outstanding but can't seem to pay what they owe. I would NOT do business with a office that dishonest.

The entire front office staff is outstanding and friendly. I am very pleased with Planes and a special thanks to Dr.Armando. If you are looking for a dentist that is extremely personable and friendly look no more. PLANES is where you want to be.
