If youre looking for a therapist with a relaxed, realistic attitude who makes you feel comfortable while giving you the tools and support you need Kris is it! She goes out of her way to make sure you feel important. Also she is one of the only therapist Ive found that does evenings and weekends and takes insurances.

Kris is a fantastic therapist! Ive been going to her for almost two years now, and she has greatly helped me work through many situations in my life. If you are looking for a great therapist, look no further. I have been working with Kris for several years, and I can only say good things! She has helped me navigate through difficult seasons of life, and is also there to celebrate the wins. Ive worked with a few therapists throughout my life, and Kris is unmatched. The office is also open on Saturdays which is great for someone like myself who works M-F. If you need someone to talk to I highly recommend giving her office a call!
