No one ever WANTS to spend money, but when you have to, you certainly want to feel good about the experience. That's exactly the experience I had with Nomad Techy. I sent a frantic message after hours because I needed a replacement cable for my Starlink satellite dish after a squirrel chewed through it and ended my internet connection possibilities. I travel full time and work remotely so I can't be without reliable internet service. The folks at this company responded to my request within a few hours and arranged to have the equipment sent to me via overnight shipping (Starlink doesn't offer this option--it's a 2-4 week wait and there's no human interaction available). Not only did they solve my problem, the level of kindness, professionalism, and careful communication is of a quality that I have not experienced in a very long time. If NomadTechy was this committed to helping me get a new cord, I can only imagine their dedication to complicated IT issues. I'll be telling all of the business owners I know to consider this company for their IT needs.
