        Today we brought in my mother in law and shes suffering from hair loss, so we brought her here. The manager, Nisha, was ABSOLUTELY amazing and took the time to put on different wigs (and wigs that fit her) which is we appreciated very much. She was very patient and fun. Today meant so much for us and we thank her for making it a fun easy process. We will definitely be back.

Clearly you missed the date to do your exchange, which you were told and you were the one that was VERY RUDE. Our store policy is printed on your receipt, and is also posted at the checkout counter.
