        I readjust dont understand how every year You keep raising our rate even if there is no tickets or accidents or claims . If you raise your rates a few bucks is understood but to raise it it by 25% or more no way Ill be searching for new company soon.

        I am not happy with Estrella. When my rates rose, I was not able to reach anyone, and despite leaving multiple messages, no one ever returned my call. I used the number for my Progressive app and I think its very unprofessional.
