Very unhappy with the service and lack of professionalism, along with the constant stalling and putting me off. They still wont give me control of my domain. Don't do business with these people unless you like to deal with flakey people who don't meet deadlines, communicate well, or follow up. Seriously disappointing. After dragging my feet, thinking I could do my own marketing and not nearly meeting my goals I decided to contact CTRL Digital Marketing. They were very courteous and asked me many questions about my marketing goals. They decided a complete rebuild of my Website and SEO was the best option for me. In July of 2021 I terminated a contract with Big Popular Marketing Company regarding all management of digital marketing, web dev, social media management and content creation for Northstar Recovery Center and entered into a relationship with Ctrl Digital Marketing. In doing so I was promised better client services, richer content, better SEO ranking and overall better performance across all meaningful marketing platforms. Not only have these services all been delivered as promised but they have been delivered beyond my expectations. To see that my SEO content pages out preform companies that have been pumping content into google for over 5 years is astonishing to say the least. Furthermore, Tim and his team value my ideas and welcome any changes I suggest to content along with making any edits I request in a timely manner. Tim is never too busy to address any new needs I present and working with him and his team has been a highly valued experience.

Ive worked with and interviewed so many agencies for my business and everyone promises you the world or guarantees me something I know cant be guaranteed.
