I called the office and he answers the phone "Hi." I'm over here not knowing whether or not I called a place of business or if I called the wrong number. So then I ask if he's a CPA and asked to make an appointment. It's 5 days until the deadline for tax season. I get it, he's busy... but he spent like a full 90 seconds laughing at me, stopping to get breaths in between! I'm like really you could've spent all the time you spent laughing to answer the phone properly like a place of business. He then extended an offer to file an extension for me then almost immediately rescinded it, saying he was too busy. So there you have it,  my experience with this guy. Take it or leave it. I'm from a very big city where you could walk in to almost anywhere the day before taxes are due and still find someone because there are so many business available... I'm seeing its different here.
