Lucas was of great assistance. My car was not starting and he arrived on scene within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and my car was up and running. Really great service.

I found Gold Coast roadside assistance when I call my AAA and needed a jump for my SUV. I was in contact with two different roadside assistant agents Lucas and Josh. Josh in him ended up being the closest and came to my assistance and had abundance of knowledge about my problem. Both him and Lucas explained to me what the problem may be and sure enough it was a bad cell in my 5-year-old Escalated. When Josh came he threw a test on it and found out that I did have a bad cell in my battery. He didn't have one in his car but if I needed one that day Lucas where they came and dropped it by and they would have put it in and a great price and no charge through my AAA membership. I said no. I can wait for it tomorrow because I don't live too far away. So the next morning Thomas came out. Had the battery took it out. Great job and workmanship. Plus filled in my AAA battery is guaranteed for 3 years. If anything goes wrong, they'll replace it free anywhere in the United States. So if you don't have a AAA card and you need roadside assistance, you have to give golf coast roadside assistance a call. They'll come out right away.
