        I love coming into this store! I always have an amazing experience when coming in to visit with Jen and Tori. Im not sure what some of these reviews are referring to because they ALWAYS go above and beyond for me. The atmosphere here is ALWAYS mellow and welcoming even when they are extremely busy with a store full of customers. I ordered a device that was delayed by a week but I understand that things happen and its completely out of their control. Some people Im guessing thinks their entitled of special treatment and has no sense of how businesses and shipping works.
