        I was fortunate enough to grow up in PSJ FL as well; and had a neighbor that was a bee keeper of Tupelo honey. There is something to the allergy resistance by taking the Tupelo honey if you suffer from pollen. I have had a bottle of Tupelo honey for over three years, and it is a fact that the honey does not crystallize, and has remained in my pantry for all of that time. Good product, Good man, Great cause. I order his book and honey.
