I had a great experience, The desk agent Tsui checked belt , brakes etc and gave explanation for sounds first thing in the morning . Did a follow up 3 days later , Great customer service and I recommend Daniel , very knowledgeable, all have does great to keep my car on the road , nearly 270000.
