    They always have my Rx's ready, and they have a wide arrangement of of other things you cant get in a grocery store.

    The absolute WORST experience ever! 2 days in a row with 2 different meds not in stock I was told by pharmacy staff on 2 different consecutive days:( drive through) 1) @ 7:00 pm told via text medication ready. Not only NOT ready but out of stock. Female at window was Extremely rude at told me she had other costumer to get to . 2) same girl as above sent me to another CVS and said other CVS has one that package of meds left. Left immediately to location and 2 other CVS all pharmacys were closed. 3) next day, same location , different girl: was told again not ready and to wait 15 mins. Waited 45 mins( not including 20-30 mins waiting in drive up). Then told not a n stock but one of the two meds is filled. When I asked which one, girl used personal phone to look up what medication was for. I told her I just came from ER to CVS and I wasnt sure which meds did what. Nasty eye rolling girl said I shouldnt fill a medication I didnt know the name of or drs name. I have been a loyal CVS sine 1980. This was hands down the WORST experience I have ever had. Do NOT use this CVS pharmacy ( use ANY other CVS) AND I still have one pain medication pending Because they are out of stock AGAIN! Admittedly I not only was sobbing and in EXTREME pain AND disabled,I had an anxiety attack and cvs pharmacy staff member gave me attitude and excuses. COMPLETELY poor and appalling costumer service. Both employees that were working night at PHARMACY a drive through between 6 pm and 8 on 3/6 and 3/7 CVS regency and ridge is a costumer service nightmare! 2 thumbs down

    Just unfriendly pharmacy staff. Unfortunate because it's so close to my residence, but I'd rather drive an extra 10 minute than be treated with an attitude.
