    I could not be more impressed by the not only the quality of the work and Product, but the incredible attention given to us by the owner...Luke took great care and concern for My elderly mother's degrading personal condition...His listening skills are extremely good and responses are well thought out and based in a great understanding of his Service...and his character...definitely the only one who will be called on for Help...thanks again Luke...love ya' -john francis

    STAY AWAY!!!!!! They presented a bill for $645 for 3 hours of labor and my part covered under warranty. When asking for a breakdown the technician did not have one. When he called for one they could not give it to him right away. They had to call back. I knew then there was a problem. They had charged me $300 for gas. I live 10 mins from them. Weve used this company for 13 years and they are price gouging their long term customer. I would not recommend.

I’m surprised that not all the facts and details are provided. To add important missing details. We were called out to your residences on 10/30, as a service call, due to your air conditioner was not working. After thorough review we found a bad ¾ H/P blower motor not working. We proceeded to remove the blower motor and started the process of locating a new one, as this part was under warranty. We contacted the local distributor, but this motor was not in stock. We were able to locate the motor at a Largo distributor. We sent office staff to secure the blower motor instead of allowing you to go without air. This, regardless of the location, takes staff time and travel. Once we had the new blower motor, we installed the new motor in its housing at our shop and returned to your residences the following day. We most certainly did NOT charge you $300 for gas. We alone had 3 hours removing and reinstalling the blower motor. Our invoice also included only ONE trip fee (not 2) to your residences and in addition the time and travel to obtain the warranty motor. Additional fact, our office is located in Port Richey and it is 25 mins one way to your residence. Again, we contacted the local distributor and the only distributor that had the warranty motor was in Largo.We are sorry for any confusion and misunderstanding of our hard work and dedication to get your air conditioning operational.
