        Good people work here. I had two oil changes done and both time my engine skid plate fell down. The second oil change I told them the dealer zip tied it back on and asked if they had zip ties during my second oil change. Well needless to say my skid plate fell for the second time. I cant go back there.

      Sorry for the inconvenience. Skid plates can be a big pain. Although they prevent the bottom of engine from getting dirty, the manufacturer makes them very flimsy. There is only so much we can do. God bless!
