20/10 experience with Dawn Calache and the entire Encompass team!!! We recommend them to anyone buying a home or needing to refi in the entire state of Florida! They may be located in Port Orange, but they handled our Saint Petersburg sale flawlessly. I cant say enough praise about Dawn! You get a whole different feeling of security knowing that you have a mortgage broker who is also a real estate attorney advocating for you! Her communication is top tier! She was constantly reaching out to update us on how the process was going. She always made sure we understood everything. To say the least, she was a godsend!
