I will reserve comment until promised improvements have been made by the new owners, Cobblestone. As of Christmas, only a dog park has been added. The only activities are put on by outside vendors like Conviva. Still waiting....

Don't know much about this place we stayed with my cousin for a couple of days thave git some nice trailers for some pretty good prices

The management (Kristen) did a fantastic job in helping. The park looked great and can tell a lot of positive work is going into it.

The park has been under new management. And they seem to be doing some things for improvement. But not without a price, our lot rent has gone up considerably. We just had another rent increase of 40 dollars, and now we just received a notice we have to pay. $21.24 more a month for property taxes and special assessments or service charges.They insist on comparing us to the other parks in this area. They all have pools, lawn care, and maintenance, which we do not have. We have new speed signs and a new golf cart. And they remodeled the Clubhouse, but I haven't been able to get in to see it. They also put in a small section of white fence in front. And I'm assuming it's for our pets? We still keep having water pipe issues. This is one of the major problems here. As far as parking and the upkeep of certain lots, I see no improvement whatsoever. Some are allowed to let their lots go in disrepair. The ditch is overgrown. Our water is included in the rent. It concerns me that I must pay for water/sewer use for homes with multiple people living in one mobile home. I'm sure the new owners are slowly but surely resolving these problems. They seem to be doing more than any of the other owners did. People are friendly here. We try to help each other if there is a need to. I give it a 3 for now. It's okay.
