Worked for the company 4 days and I have 3yrs experience everyone doesnt pull there load and operate the machinery rotational. The supervisors descriminates by choosing who he wants running edger,weed eater, and mower based on size,height, and race. Supervisor Jose had me weed eating everyday 4 days straight including ranger malls alone when there was another crew(with several guys)from the same company(RJ Landscape Contractors)with us at the shopping center picking weeds when all reality could have had 3 machines running like they did and 3 guys weed eating to finish the job. Its not the job thats hard or the problem its the communication and ties the people who been there longer with business tend not to speak up but Im the first. P.S. I called my ride during the job to pick me up there inconsiderate about u being hydrated and overworked. Later there office assistant Sade claimed another company was there at the Tanger Mall to pick me up to work for them how does that sound? Services: Walkway landscaping, Groundskeeping, Landscape management
